- Account & contact data — name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and password when you register or contact us.
- Hiring & talent data — job descriptions, candidate profiles, interview notes, and communications you submit through the platform.
- Payment data — billing address and payment instrument details processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications — messages, support tickets, and survey responses you send us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, clicks, and time spent.
- Device & log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and access timestamps.

1.3 Information From Third Parties
We may receive information about you from recruiting partners, LinkedIn, and other integrations you connect to your account, or from publicly available sources, only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The list below is generated and kept up to date by Cookiebot. It shows every cookie used on this site and lets you change or withdraw your consent at any time.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it. Talent profiles may be retained for up to three (3) years after last activity to support future matching opportunities, unless you request deletion.

Sagan is based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US or other countries where our service providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by law.
8. Your Rights and Choices

- Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
